Week 5

Week 5 is in the books.

Happy with a loss of  1.8 lbs.  I am down 15.4 lbs in total.  I felt like I had a good week and that this is truly becoming a lifestyle. Manage to stay within my points all week even with dinner out of Fish and chips, an evening of book study at church (with lots of goodies), a tea date (i had a macaron)  and dinner at Bill and Nova's Sat.  Each of those situations could of been times to falter but I planned and dealt with it.  Tracked and still have 40 weekly points left.

My Fitness was a big win this week.  I had surpassed my step goal everyday.  Saturday night when we came home from Bill & Nova's  and I still had a bunch of steps to go and I was going to let it go since I had averaged more than 10,000 steps per day but then I thought about my goal aI nd went for it.  Earned 131 activity points on a goal of 115.  I've decided to up my activity goals a bit.  Aiming for 11,500 steps and 120 activity points.  Small steps seem to be working so that's how I'm going to continue moving forward.
