This week only has a small challenge I think. On Tuesday we plan on going to the chinese buffet to celebrate Mother's Day with my MIL. I will try to mainly eat zero point food for breakfast and lunch to plan for this. I also think I will limit myself to just one plate with fried foods. Hopefully this will help keep the points down plus reduce the side effects of each such a fatty dinner. When we went last month for my birthday my tummy sure was not happy for a day or two so I don't want a repeat.

As for my activity I plan on my Better Bones and Pilates classes. I would also like to get Tai Chi and a Gentle Yoga class. My goal for steps will be 11,000 per day.
My weight goal for May is to lose 3 more pounds by May 27th. This will be a bit of a stretch but I'm going to work the plan to get there.
