Started getting back on track this week. Not totally on track but managed to track 6 of 7 days and got 16 of 28 activity points. My recovery from surgery is going well so I expect to have more activity this week.

This coming week my goal is to track all 7 days and hit my activty goal. I will also be challenged to incorporate a dinner out on Saturday at The Keg. I will preplan my dinner out. My next small goal is to be down to under 200 by my birthday on April 20th.
