It was pretty good week.Tracked everyday, exercised everyday, handled eating out a couple of times. It felt good to be back on plan. I also have loss more than 10% of my starting weight. This feels like a major milestone.

The coming week should be pretty good. No plans for eating out; there will likely be some chocolate for Easter. I will continue with my tracking and exercise. My regular WW class will be closed for Easter so I think my next weigh in will be April 3rd at the another meeting. I am making good progress to my goal of under 200 by my birthday on April 20th.
