The Beginning

I joined Watchers yesterday.  I want to be a healthier version of in 2018. I will be using this blog as an accountability aid.  It will be where I record the truth, good, bad and ugly.

I start this journey at 227.4 lbs with a bmi of 34.5.

My first goal is be a 220 by the end of January.  It should be more than doable just 7.4 lbs in 4 weeks.

I also have a two related fitness goals:

1. At least 10 min a day of cardio exercise
2. To be walking 10,000 steps a day by January 31, 2018

Look out 2018 here I come
