Week 4

Today was my fourth weigh in.

Good results again this week with a loss of  2.6 lbs.  I am down 13.8 lbs in total.    I have now also loss more than 5% of my starting weight.   This week was a bit more difficult.  I ended helping a friend out which resulted in being up 21 hours straight and 9 hours of driving.  I then slept for about 3 hours and was really tired for the rest of the day.  That night Frank brought home some potato chips and decided I would have some chips; proceeded to eat the whole bag.  Note to self more careful with food choices when extremely tired since motivation will also be very low.  I did have a NSV with this as I did track the chips using weekly points and still managed to have 20 weekly points left at the end of the week.

My fitness goals started well but got sidetracked.   Only managed to hit my step goal 3 out of the 7 days, the same for 30 minutes of activity. So my goal will remain 30 min/day for 7 days and 10,000 steps. I only managed 70 of my goal 115 activity points.  So this goal will also remain the same.
