Week 3

Today was my third weigh in.

Good results again this week with a loss of  2.0 lbs.  I am down 11.2 lbs in total.   I stayed on plan all week, with 6 out 7 days in the healthy range.  Used a fair bit of weekly points yesterday as went out to dinner to a German restaurant. I even usehad a beer.  I  still had 29 weekly points left.

My fitness goals continue to be on track as well.   I managed this 6 out of the 7 days. So my goal will remain 30 min/day for 7 days. I didn't hit my step goal every day just manage 5 out of the seven days.  I was over my goal several days by a fair bit so be upping my step goal to 10,000/day. I reached my goal of 105 activity points so I will be adjusting this up to 115 activity points per week.
