Week 2

Today was my second weigh in.

Good results again this week with a loss of  1.6 lbs.  This is much more in line with my expectations.  I will also be honest and say there was higher point days due to chocolate.  Still within in plan but over the healthy range.

My fitness goals continue to be on track as well.  My new goal is 30 min/day.  I managed this 6 out of the 7 days. So my goal will remain 30 min/day for 7 days. I hit my step goal every day this past week.  I will be upping my step goal to 8500/day. I reached my goal of 90 activity points so I will be adjusting this up to 105 activity points per week.
