Week 1

Today was my first weigh in after following the Weight Watcher Program for 7 Days.

It looks like I'm off to a good start; down 7.6 lbs.  I've already hit my first goal of being under 220 lbs.  So I will need to revise my monthly goal.  I now want to be 210 lbs by the end of January.  It will be a bit of a stretch.

My fitness goals are well on their way as well.  I have been exercising minimum 10 min per day.  I will be upping that goal to minimum 30 minutes per day.  I will be doing 6500 steps per day so that I can hit 10,000 by the end of January.  I will also be setting an activity goal of 90 activity points this week.
